Students work hard, but all too often, they forget what they learned when they are under pressure. The best way to prepare, is rhyme and practice. In the Simple Simon Structure ®, writing and presenting is learned and remembered.
Why Simple Simon? People of all ages think writing is complicated – speaking impossible. The Simple Simon Structure – It's the simplicity of writing & speaking!
Contracted by schools and school districts, or sponsored by organizations for select areas, this 6 hr. program validates the need for writing in school, learning institutions and the workplace. The “Simple Simon Structure” ® of Topic Tree, Comment Times Three ® is introduced and practiced.
This course is offered up to 10 times a year, and is scheduled and promoted online & via social media. Stay tuned for the next course, or send a request below.
Students receive a minimum of 2 writing prompts. They will dissect prompt, develop writing response during the session and receive feedback through additional practice. AP students from the school work the event as coaches to develop their own writing and earn community service hours. These students take the instruction back to their school, and present to other students.
